Our Condition Standards
Because all of the items on this site are pre owned, we ensure that they go through a detailed inspection and cleaning process before being available to purchase. We also have given each piece a “grade” that will represent the current quality of the piece.
Grade A
Quality: Excellent
Light to no visible wear. Fully cleaned, inspected, and ready for immediate use. Majority of the pieces with this condition grade will be in near perfect condition with maybe one or two small defects.
Grade B
Quality: Great
Moderate wear corrected through in-house repairs or refinishing. Structurally sound and refreshed. Pieces with this condition grade will have a couple cosmetic imperfections but still hold the function and comfort of a new piece.
Grade C
Quality: Good
Structurally sound but with visible imperfections. Cleaned, Inspected, and priced accordingly. Pieces with this condition grade have visible scratches, cuts or tears and will be priced as such.
